Residence Silva is situated halfway between the city of Rome and its coast near the elegant and beautiful area of Casalpalocco, which is known as healthful and relaxing zone for its inhabitants far away from the noisy traffic of the city. A pinewood and mild climate during the whole year make this area a natural green oasis as whell as an important starting point for people who want to visit the ancient ruins af Ostia Antica (very close to Casalpalocco) .

Close to Residence Silva, there is the Castelfusano pinewood, which as been considered a healthful place since Roman times because of its special mild climate, not too hot in summer time, not too cold during winter.
